Why It Works

Mail lands where ads don't

A postcard does not get scrolled past, blocked, or buried in a spam folder. It sits on the counter until someone decides what to do with it.

No list to buy or build

Normal direct mail needs names and addresses. EDDM does not. You choose postal routes on a map and every home on them gets your piece. Nothing to rent, nothing to clean, nothing to keep current.

Saturate the area you serve

If your customers come from a few square miles, blanket those few square miles. You are not paying to reach people on the other side of the city who are never walking through your door.

Cheapest postage USPS offers

EDDM uses a discounted simplified-address rate, well under standard postage per piece. That is the whole reason a small business can afford to hit thousands of homes at once.

It physically stays put

An impression online is gone in a second. A postcard sits on a fridge or a counter for days. Put an offer or a QR code on it and it keeps working long after it landed.

Easy to measure

Put a unique code, QR link, or phone extension on the card and you know exactly what came back. Mail one route this month, a different one next month, and compare.

You look established

A well printed piece on good stock reads as a real business. A cheap one reads as a flyer. The card is often the first impression you get with that household, so the print quality is the pitch.

How It Works

Four steps, we do three

Your only real job is telling us where you want to land and what you want it to say.

01

Pick your routes

Tell us the ZIP codes or neighborhoods you want. We pull the carrier routes, show you the household counts, and you choose how far to go.

02

We design it

Send your artwork or let us build it. Either way we make sure it is the right size, USPS compliant, and carries an offer worth responding to.

03

Print and bundle

Printed, trimmed, then banded into USPS bundles with the facing slips and paperwork filled out. No setup left for you to figure out.

04

Drop and deliver

Take the bundles to your post office, or we can help arrange the drop. Mail typically lands in boxes within a few days of acceptance.

Pick A Format

Sizes that qualify

EDDM has minimum dimensions. These are the formats that work, and what each one is good at.

Ready Made Packs

Two ways to start

Both include design, printing, trimming, and USPS ready bundling. Postage is quoted separately because it depends on your piece and your routes.

Neighborhood Reach Pack
2,500
postcards, printed and bundled

Enough to cover a handful of routes around your location without overcommitting. This is where most first time mailers should start, because it gives you a real read on response without betting the quarter on it.

Marketing focused design included
Route selection help with household counts
Bundled and paperwork prepped for USPS
Tracking element built in, QR or promo code
Best for salons, gyms, dental and medical offices, real estate agents, and service businesses testing a new area.

Full Route Pack
5,000+
postcards, printed and bundled

Real saturation across your whole trade area, or repeat hits to the same routes. Frequency is what moves direct mail, and this is the volume where a second and third impression becomes affordable.

Everything in the Neighborhood Reach Pack
Better per piece pricing at volume
Split the run across multiple drop dates
Multi location or multi ZIP campaigns
Two design variations to test against each other
Best for grand openings, restaurants and retail, franchise locations, and anyone running mail as an ongoing channel rather than a one off.

Questions

What people ask us

No, and that is the whole point of EDDM. Standard direct mail needs names and addresses for every household. EDDM mails to every active address on a postal carrier route instead, so your piece goes out addressed to the resident rather than a person. You pick the routes, USPS handles the rest.
Tell us your ZIP codes or just describe the area you serve. We pull the carrier routes for it and come back with household counts per route so you can see exactly what you are buying. Most businesses start with the routes closest to their door and expand outward once they see what comes back.
Through EDDM Retail, USPS caps you at 5,000 pieces per ZIP code per day. That is rarely a real constraint, and when it is we split the drop across multiple days or multiple ZIPs. Larger campaigns can also go through the bulk mail route, which has no daily cap. We will tell you which path fits before you commit.
Yes, design is included in both packs. Send us your logo, your offer, and any photos you want on it, and we build the piece. If you already have artwork we will check it against USPS requirements, fix the sizing and bleeds, and make sure the address block is where it needs to be.
One clear offer, a reason to act now, and an obvious way to respond. The mistake most businesses make is listing everything they do. A card that says "20% off your first visit, this month only" outperforms a card that lists twelve services every time. We will push you toward the specific offer.
Design and proofing usually runs a few days depending on how fast we get feedback from you. Printing and bundling follows that. Once bundles are accepted at the post office, delivery typically happens within a few days. Plan on a couple of weeks end to end for a first campaign and tell us your target in home date so we can work backward from it.
Your bundles arrive banded, labeled, with facing slips and paperwork completed, so dropping them yourself is genuinely a ten minute errand. If you would rather not deal with it at all, talk to us and we will work out mailing options with you.
Build the tracking in before you print. A QR code to a dedicated landing page, a promo code only on the card, or a specific phone extension all tell you exactly what the mailing produced. We include a tracking element in every piece we design, because a campaign you cannot measure is one you cannot improve.
